Exchange/Return Policy

We want you to love your Loniya pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange Conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage

• Original tags must remain attached

• All exchanges are subject to inspection before approval

Exchange Options:

1. Product Exchange: Swap your item for a different size or style (based on availability)

2. Returns/exchanges are processed within 2-7 business days after return has been received by our facility.

How to Initiate an Exchange:
Email our customer service at loniyacontact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. We'll guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
