We want you to love your Loniya pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange Conditions:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage

Original tags must remain attached

All exchanges are subject to inspection before approval
Exchange Options:

Product Exchange: Swap your item for a different size or style (based on availability)

Returns/exchanges are processed within 2-7 business days after return has been received by our facility.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
Email our customer service at loniyacontact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. We'll guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
